1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website loomina.in and all services offered by Loomina, a digital marketing company operating in India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website, engaging our services, enrolling in any course, or receiving communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Important: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Loomina. Please read them carefully before using our services or enrolling in any course.
2 Services Offered by Loomina
Loomina offers the following services:
- Digital Marketing Services — Social media management, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), content marketing, email marketing, and related services for clients.
- Educational Courses — Online and offline courses, workshops, and training programmes in digital marketing and related subjects.
- Consultancy — Strategic digital marketing consultation, audits, and planning services.
- Promotional Communications — Email, WhatsApp, and phone-based marketing campaigns managed on behalf of clients.
The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each service will be agreed upon through a separate Service Agreement or Purchase Order between Loomina and the client.
3 Marketing Communications Consent
By submitting your contact details to Loomina — whether through our website contact form, course registration, business enquiry, or any other interaction — you expressly consent to receiving promotional and informational communications from us through the following channels:
- Promotional Emails — Marketing newsletters, course announcements, service updates, and special offers sent to your registered email address.
- WhatsApp Messages — Promotional messages, course updates, reminders, and business communications sent via WhatsApp to your registered mobile number.
- Phone Calls — Outreach calls for service enquiries, course guidance, follow-ups, and promotional purposes.
- SMS — Transactional and promotional text messages related to our services.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:

- Using the unsubscribe mechanism in any email
- Replying STOP to any WhatsApp message
Transactional communications cannot be opted out of while you are an active client or course enrolee.
4 Course Terms
The following terms apply to all courses offered by Loomina:
- Enrolment — Course access is granted upon successful payment of the applicable course fee. Loomina reserves the right to refuse enrolment at its discretion.
- Access Period — Course access duration will be specified at the time of purchase. Loomina does not guarantee lifetime access unless explicitly stated.
- Intellectual Property — All course content, materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Loomina. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without our prior written consent.
- Cancellations & Refunds — Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content may be considered at Loomina's sole discretion. No refunds will be issued after this period or once substantial course content has been accessed.
- Course Changes — Loomina reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue courses at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
5 Payment Terms
- All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments for services and courses are due as specified in the respective service agreement or at the time of purchase.
- Loomina uses secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
- For ongoing service retainers, invoices are raised as per the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Loomina reserves the right to revise its fee structure with prior notice.
6 Client Responsibilities
As a client of Loomina's digital marketing or course services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the delivery of services.
- Ensure that any content, materials, or assets you share with us for marketing purposes do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights and comply with all applicable laws.
- Obtain all necessary permissions and consents before sharing any customer data with Loomina for campaign purposes.
- Not use Loomina's services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access details provided by Loomina.
7 Intellectual Property
All original content created by Loomina as part of service delivery — including but not limited to marketing strategies, ad creatives, copy, reports, and website content — shall remain the intellectual property of Loomina until full payment is received, upon which ownership shall transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Loomina's brand name, logo, website design, course materials, and proprietary methodologies are and shall remain the exclusive property of Loomina. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
8 Limitation of Liability
Loomina provides its services on a best-effort basis. While we strive to deliver results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to specific rankings, sales figures, or ROI. Results may vary based on market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loomina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.
9 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of the service agreement for a period of 2 years.
Confidential information does not include information that is:
- Publicly available through no fault of either party
- Independently developed without reference to confidential information
- Rightfully received from a third party without restriction
10 Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in the individual service contract.
- Loomina reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unethical use of our services.
- Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.
- Access to any course or digital asset may be revoked upon termination if payment obligations are not met.
11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved within 30 days of written notice, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, in the jurisdiction where Loomina's registered office is located.
12 Modifications to These Terms
Loomina reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
